Question:Can anyone recommend some good books for baby?

I'd like to start reading to my baby sooner than later, but there are so many books out there, it's tough to choose! Does anyone have any favorites that they've read to their kids?

My kids loved any Sandra Boynton board books. Very colorful and memorable little sing-songy stories. "Pajama Time" was the most popular with them.

Answer:

Dr. Seuss for sure! Those are fun because of the rhyming, and the photos are awesome to look at. I love "Green Eggs and Ham"! Also, any books with animals are great too. My friend has a baby (well, she's 19 months now) who LOVES animal books and because my friend read the book to her when she was much younger, she actually pulls out the book and asks everyone to read it to her. She also makes the cutest animal noises whenever she sees a cow or a cat.
