Acting "As if"
Don't they say that you can act "as if" to become happier? I know that if I force myself to smile or laugh when I'm feeling down, pretty soon, it becomes genuine, and I'm not faking it anymore! I remember reading that this really works (I think a bunch of researchers even proved it!)

I think so. Even if you can raise your level of energy or happiness one little bit you will feel better.
It doesn't hurt to smile and if you start smiling it can be infectious.
