If you're struggling with an eating disorder the first thing to do is speak to your doctor. He or she can help you get the help you need to have a healthy pregnancy. Are you afraid of gaining weight while pregnant, even though you know it's natural? What are you doing to stay healthy while pregnant?
I was definitely nervous about how much weight I was gaining when I first got pregnant, especially because it seemed like I was hungry all the time! I have out on a reasonable amount of weight, but at this point, I'm a little over 8 months pregnant, and my attitude now is whatever I gain, I gain - I'll just have to lose it later. I have too many things to deal with right now, and if I want a doughnut, I'm having one!
