Diabetes tends to affect those who are overweight or obese, so diet and exercise are the first steps toward a healthy pregnancy. You should also see your doctor before or soon after you become pregnant to diagnose diabetes or any other problems you may have. Have any of you dealt with diabetes during pregnancy?
