"I wish I had enough words to express what your book has done for me. Thank you over and over. It's like a guidebook to life. When I don't remember how to navigate, or even that I can, it reminds me. What a precious gift."-Deborah

Pregnancy Pampering

Rewards are a vital part of life. If you were to climb a mountain, you’d reward yourself, right? Well, pregnancy has got to be harder than that, so you surely deserve some pampering.

Why not treat yourself to some pregnancy spa treatment?

A recent Washington Post article explored the new boom of luxury services for pregnant women. It reported that about 60% of U.S. spas now have pregnancy massages along with regular services. Additionally, some spas have extra special treatments like “cravings” pedicures, where your feet are coated in paraffin that resembles Hershey’s syrup while you eat chocolate mousse. How decadent!

This all points to the general shift in how pregnancy is regarded these days. There used to be an attitude that pregnancy was something to be endured; now it is something to be celebrated. Women are using pregnancy as a time to explore their senses and really take time to take care of themselves.

In what ways have you nurtured your body and soul during this special time?
