Got A Tip?

Tips

Stay physically active

Amelie

Even if most of your favourite sports are now banned for you, try to stay active physically. It will help a lot to stay fit, prevent back pain or cramps and recover after the birth.

- As long as you can still walk ;-), prefer your feet to your car.

- Try to swim once or twice a week or join an aquagym club

- Bike if landscape is flat

Any idea you would come with to do some exercize is welcome, you can only feel better.

I know women who were exercising right up until the day they gave birth and they all felt they had an easier delivery and that it was easier for them to get in shape after the baby was born.

Of course you need to check with your doctor before undertaking any exercise routine and tailor your exercises to your condition.
