Question:i recently have gotton in touch with my first love and cant stop thinking of her

i recently have gotton in touch with my first love i am going back to the city were from for a trip we have texted back and for for a few days both making each other laugh and cry i never realized how much i still love this women so how do i get over here she is married with children and we both no this is not posabile and it makes it even harded for me i dont know how i am going to handle seeing her again and then saying good bye this was 25 years ago and still we both can remeber what each other was wearing the day we met and i cant tell you what i had for dinner last week please tell me hoe i need to allow us to be friends but get over this pain in my heart that feels like its killing me thanyou

Hello smf123.

If I were you, I would not see her at all. You're obviously on the road to an emotional affair...and if you see her, I am afraid that a physical affair will begin.

Search your conscience. Decide what is most important to you. Realize that you are in a very precarious position and already walking the line between friendship and love...and heading toward betrayal and deceit.

Be careful. Please.
