VictoriaB

Question:Is there any way to make a break up easier?

Answer:

You are human and you will feel pain. The intensity will vary with time but as long as you consider the breakup as an end rather than a beginning it will seem painful to you. See it as a chance to get all the things you deserve in a relationship... all from your own choices and not someone else's.
Tips: No contact with the ex; stay busy; no rebound relationships; no drinking drugs or any detrimental habits; try to forgive- forgiving gives God the go ahead to work in your life.
