What features does your dream home have?
I change and add to this vision all the time. I always have a large kitchen and a large garden and at least one porch. The newest thing on my blue-sky wish list is to have a fireplace in the ... bathroom.
Big kitchen that faces the living area. I like the idea of being able to cook and having the option to "socialize" as well. Definitely outdoor space/garden.

Kitchen must be huge! Lots of counter space, an island with an grill/burner on it with one of those ventilation units from the ceiling. To go with the kitchen I would love a Greenhouse in the backyard to get all of my cooking materials from.
Fireplace in the bathroom? Interesting, never heard that one. I love it.
My house is from the 40s. My dream home would have 3-prong grounded outlets everywhere and an upstairs with adequate ventilation!
