Fill 'Er Up-Cheap!

Fill 'Er Up-Cheap!

Whether you've bought a new car recently or not, one thing is certain—paying at the pump is getting more painful by the day! Gas prices have skyrocketed 16% this year...and we haven't hit summer driving season yet.

Whether you're heading out on vacation or just trying to get to work everyday, filling up can be a bit of a shot in the dark. How do you find the best deals out there? Technology, of course! There are a few applications out there that can help you get to the least expensive gas stations. Just remember that if you've got to drive out of your way to get there, you're using more gas, which means you're not really saving any money in the long run. Here are some good options for finding good deals:

Gasbuddy.com
Gaspricewatch.com
Gasprices.mapquest.com
Altfuelprices.com
Fueleconomy.gov

Do you have any good tips for finding the best deals at the pump? Let us know how you're handling the expense of driving these days! [WSJ]
