Penny wise, pound foolish.
Hey, you there—the one who just threw that penny in the trash. Didn’t anyone ever tell you money doesn’t grow on trees?
Sure, one measly penny can’t do much on its own. They’re sort of annoying, always floating around in pockets, purses and drawers. But start putting your pennies in a jar (all fancy and decorated, of course), averaging one a day, and after about three months, you’d have a whole dollar.
If you found a dollar on the street today would you throw that away? Well, alright-y then. In the wise words of Benjamin Franklin, “A penny saved is a penny earned.”
We just have to be a little more patient then they were…

People stare at me, but every penny, dime, nickel, etc.. i see, I pick it up. I've amassed quite a few coin rolls that have been deposited, just from the coins Ive picked up. I always deposit 'found' money in my savings.
