Take one minute at your desk to keep your eyes open, gaze at the horizon and pretend you are deep in thought.
Weather permitting, find a park bench and linger for four minutes. Literally stop and smell the roses.
Take a 10-minute silent lunch: No cell phone, reading or writing—just you and the food in front of you.
