I keep hearing about this stupid stereotype about single women with cats being eccentric, strange...etc. i am a huge animal lover and have 2 cats and a rabbit..so when am i supposed to mention this? this is such a stereotype of ignorance but here i am, actually worried about being pegged a crazy cat lady.. I have lots of friends, hobbies, good job and as a scientist, the thought I even have to address this stereotype some have about women and cats...when dog owners don't deal with it...is silly. If there are so many cat owners and you look at the statistics of cat owners against general female daters this doesn't make sense.

So when does one mention they down cats...some say don't mention it...some do..
