Dealing with Depression

cuddles62

I too have suffered through clinical depression for many years after having 3 miscarriages and a marriage that is not the way that I expected it to be. You need a friend or relative to talk to. My best friend is my mom. She never judges, just always listens, and is there for me whenever I need her. If you have faith in God, pray about your problems. God knows everything about us and loves us anyway. You could even start a daily or weekly journal to just write down your feelings and what is going on in your life at this time. I have several chronic diseases for which I take prescription meds. I also take an antidepressant which is so helpful. You can find help and I pray that you do. God's blessings to you.
