Dealing with depression
Did you know that doing yoga (deep) breathing, brings oxygen to the brain & cells, which increases endorphens?
It creates an interstatial exchange of nutrients & oxygen into the cells and a release of toxins & waste into the usual channels (kidneys & bowels) out of the body.
Try it, see if after 24 deep, slow breaths (sitting down), you're more relaxed and feeling better.
