massage is a good way to bring the limbic system to a level and makes you feel good too. buy books like "change your brain, change your life" it will help you to understand the processes of your brain to reduce this mental health problem and don't think it is a disabilaty because no matter how bad it is  such as bipolar, or the baby blues it can always be fixed if you want it to.

This is great advice. I've gone to get massages when I'm feeling down and it really is the best way to feel like a renewed person!
