"I wish I had enough words to express what your book has done for me. Thank you over and over. It's like a guidebook to life. When I don't remember how to navigate, or even that I can, it reminds me. What a precious gift."-Deborah

Help others, help yourself

VictoriaB

I share the belief that helping others makes you feel better. For one, I think just keeping busy helps , but then there's the good feeling you get when you know you've made a difference for someone else. Besides just recognizing there are other people in the world worse off than ourselves, getting out to do some volunteer work or help others in your family or reaching out to friends helps boost your own self-esteem.
