Try using a lightbox if you think you have SAD
It's a bit of an investment, so you might want to try and get extra light in other ways, but using a light box has been shown to lift the mood of some percentage of people who experience Seasonal Affective Disorder.
You need to sit a certain distance from the light for a certain period of time, ideally in the morning.
