Try to move on. It will hurt and it sucks very much but he is showing you his true self and that he is a coward. Try taking time to heal and try to put this behind you. Go out with your friends who will love yo no matter what. Also try to do things you love or try new hobbies that will get you out and keep you busy. Focus on yourself. Don't let him know how much he has hurt you as this will only let him have that much more control over you.
