Asking "what's my passion?" (and entwined with that, "what's my dream job?") is such a daunting question. Instead, look at how you spend your weekends or those few hours after work. If you're happy then, chances are you already found your passion. (Watching TV does count, maybe you'll be a producer?!) You really already know what you like to do.
