Another Update on Job offer

marah2448

I called and left a message to the General Manager work voicemail on Monday, I had not heard anything yet. On the 2nd interview, the Regional Manager said, I should know and answer before Thanksgiving. Should I call back and follow up again? (A refresher I applied for the Front Desk Manager position at a hotel. I was inteviewed twice but had not heard any news if the postion was filled).

It can be a tough call when trying to figure out how to show interest and be aggressive, but not overly so in the pursuit of your next job. I am in sales and have always pursued my potential job much as I would pursue a prospective client, as I feel I am almost auditioning for my new position. So far this has worked really well for me. Do you have the General Manager's email address? Sometimes it is good to mix it up. Depending on how busy he/she is it may be easier for them to respond to you via email.
