Question:Can you get your clothes clean using cold water?

I'm wondering if I can make a difference by washing in cold water and still get my clothes clean.

Answer:

I don't even remember washing clothes in warm or hot water. It's been too long. We save energy, of course, and someone else can take a shower at the same time as I wash the clothes. That makes things easier, as you may imagine.

Answer:

YES you can! I do it all the time. Tide has a "cold water" formula that is definitely worth the money.
