Tigers for Sale: Get 'Em Here!

A lady in McAllen, TX, was arrested for trying to sell tiger cubs in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. It makes you wonder—this is a strange place to sell such an exotic animal, but where in the world did she get them?

First of all, we have to give the lady a little credit for ingenuity. We certainly would have never thought to smuggle tigers over from Mexico and then sell them in the Wal-Mart parking lot! Times are tough.

And if she were selling these tigers to increase her cash flow, she was in the wrong spot! There were six cubs, four white and two orange. The white cubs are worth about $5,000 a piece while the orange are worth about $900. Think anyone outside a Wal-Mart would pay that much for tiger cubs? Probably not—so not a bargain!
