This procedure involves an extremely adventuresome woman being injected with collagen directly into her G spot. According to Daily Mail in the U.K., this procedure not only increases sensitivity, it also "increases the width of the area to the size of a 10 pence piece." That's about an inch for those living on this side of the pond.

Caroline Cushworth was the first British woman to undergo the procedure and she tells the Daily Mail that it's improved her sex life so much that multiple orgasms have become a common occurrence. Unfortunately, just like the collagen that's injected into your lips, the "G Shot" loses its potency after a few months. Cushworth says that's not a problem for her and that she's already signed up for another appointment in four months.

"I'll treat it in the same way as I do getting my hair cut or my highlights done," she says. "[My husband] and I always had a healthy sex life, but now it's better than ever."

The procedure is also available here in the United States (where it originated, believe it or not), lasts about four months and costs about $1850. Yikes!
