The National Over-40 Sex Survey found that older women report having the best sex of their lives as they head “over the hill.” After hitting this milestone, many women are left with empty nests and more free time, leading them to have lots more sex! Of the 2000 women polled, 75% reported that their sex life was better now than it was in their 20’s.
