Try Yoga for Better Sex!
While the benefits of yoga are widely accepted, few people know that yoga can also improve your sex life. Yoga's focus is on getting in touch with your own body. This heightened awareness leads to heightened sensuality, and hence better sex! Practicing yoga can also work to help increase body confidence, energy, flexibility and greater comfort being in vulnerable positions (think of the bridge pose!)
