Changeling

Question:How to get the spark back

Where do you begin to re-ignite the passion in your relationship?

Answer:

Make a list of things you really appreciate about your spouse and then try to thank you or compliment him when he exhibits those traits. Set the stage for romance. Leave a love note in his briefcase, lunchbox or jacket pocket. Plan a candle light dinner (not too heavy,) and prepare your bedroom for the night's adventure - new sheets, scented candles, a negligee, sex toys - use your imagination. Maybe make a teasing phone call to him during the day to prepare him for this romantic evening. Make sure that neither of you have other plans or preoccupations to distract from romance. Thinking about what's going to happen is like foreplay.

Sure this is just one evening, but it's a step in the right direction. You just need to re-adjust some of your energies back into your relationship. As soon as you start paying more attention to him and his needs, he'll reciprocate.
