I'm having trouble keeping motivated and keeping that positive attitude. How do I keep it up when I'm tired, discouraged, and starting to doubt myself again.
At the moment, my children and I are without a home of our own. My son and daughter are with my mother about 30 miles away from me. I don't have a car of my own at the moment, so I have to stay in the city or I don't have a shot at finding a job and making a better life for us. I've been through alot over the past few years, and I had gotten to a place where I was beginning to find peace and joy in my life. I know what I want, and I've got what it takes to get it. This week has been rough. I miss my children. I'm on the phone all day with work-at-home "solicitors" trying to filter through the crap, and I'm soooo tired. I'm also in pain. The circumstances that led up to our present situation are - to say the least - devistating to my self confidence and my faith in just about everything. For months, despite our situation, I have honestly gotten up every day thankful for every day that I had to live. I have just begun to wonder these past few days...
I appreciate any advice, and I am truly grateful for your time.
I am worried about your children. They really do
need their mother. (At least one parent). If they are
being treated good from your parents, then, Walla,
your worries are lessened. If your parents are treating
them well, then I would suggest to you to get a job,
then a car, so you can visit them at least once a week.
Spend a day with them and take them out to eat.
However, if they are being mistreated at your parents
house, then you should go to your cities public
housing assistance and get a place of your own. My
daughter lives in one and only pays $8 per month.
And she has it looking nice inside. These are govern-
ment properties. You and your children also qualify
for food stamps too. You should take advantage of
these programs until you get on solid ground for
you and your family.
GOD Bless you and your kids,
brenda
