You should go get a spa paskage and relaxs a day.Turn your phone off and just relaxs.pedicure manicure facial and a massage you'll enjoy it. Go with your mom. or firends.tell the 3 older people it's thier respoblity unless its your family.your mom needs a day out with her girl and get a massage or vacation summers coming so go do activtty with her.my condleunce hunny im sorry about your father.well my family has been split for a long time dad don't talk to for 7 years, mom 1 year and my three sisters like to talk around peoples back . all you can do is make the world revolve around you for alittle while get a break.you went through alot but you do good good will happen back to you.Well if you ever need someone to talk to i am here so just get a break and relaxs for alittle while things will get better.
First, stop thinking of it as "time to be lazy!" It's clear you are not a lazy person—you are giving and loving and doing an incredible amount for others.
Often, people in your situation do forget to do for themselves. Remember—you won't be able to help anyone if you're not healthy! You must make time to exercise, sleep well and eat nutritious meals. Do the things you enjoy, such as reading or watching films. Even just taking 20 minutes to have a neck massage is so worth it!
Have you thought about asking someone else in your community to help with mail collection or with your move? Please don't be afraid to reach out to others to lighten your load!
