Hi Lisa1966.
There are some natruakl ways assist you. Have even made a friend of mine's thrombosis unnoticeable in her day-to-day life, and she has had it since she was in her mid-20's. She eats a pineapple a day for the bromelain. Drinks no coffee eats little pasta or bread. Food wise, ti comes down to keeping your blood more viscose thatn thick. Blood thickens when you eat foods not in harmony with what you need. Look into Blood Type diet books, and alkalizing (Link)
In addition there are some very effective yoga-specific work. Look into IYENGAR yoga, which has a great
medical side.
I have just started to follow this regime a bit closer as my legs start to yell at me!
