The bottom line is..

There is always “ground 0”, the beginning of change.  You have all the emotions, the logic is right in front, and you know “that old situation” needs to change.

First, realize there is something special of essence about you that is not physically apparent.  We have decisions to make momentarily, “is you is” or “is you ain’t”.

The bottom line is.. “You have to put the cookies in the oven”.

The greatest gift I ask for are simply roots and wings.

Roots hold us close, Wings let us free.
