Start something new
If you're trying to change something in your life, especially if you're trying to stop repeating a certain behavior, instead of focusing on stopping that habit, shift your time and attention to starting a new, healthier habit that will replace the old. Something about the shift in thinking makes it easier to make the change.

First of all, thank you for your feedback on my relationship question. This week was I have focus on better organization in my house and getting rid of the clutter. I goal is to take one room at a time. I realize trying to do to much at one time was overwhelming; in result did not completed any of goal-oriented task. So my next project is to reorganize the 2nd room. Keep in mind for myself: Take one day at a time. Thanks for your words of inspirations. Have a blessed day.
