When Cherie Blair's husband, Tony Blair, became the Prime MInister of the United Kingdom, she wasn't just the country's First Lady. She was a successful lawyer in her own right, and she was also an author, advocate and mother to four children.
Her memoir, Speaking for Myself: My Life from Liverpool to Downing Street, was a bestseller in the U.K. and was recently released in the United States. She’s also created the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, which fights for equal rights for women around the world.
