Unemployment rate: 2.5%

5. Houma, Louisiana

Unemployment rate: 2.7%

Job growth: 1.1%

6. Morgantown, West Virginia

Unemployment rate: 2.8%

Unemployment rate: 2.8%

They list 15 other options, all of which seem just as chilly, remote and uninspiring as these. But who knows?
