Interpreting Moving Dreams

LMAYO9

I had the craziest dream last night, and I thought I'd share.
I dreamed that two of my best friends became eye surgeons, and they discovered that I needed surgery, which required cutting open the top layer of my eyeball. All this was to be done on my couch in my living room. In my dream, I was so freaked out by this concept that my blood pressure went really high, so high that they couldn't operate on me. But they got impatient at some point, strapped me down to my couch and started to cut my eye open.

I am sharing this story because (1) I am supposed to be moving into a new apartment on Jan. 2nd and the current tenant isn't out yet so I'm freaking out just a bit, and (2) I think a lot can be learned about dream interpretation when it comes to analyzing how you deal with change.

My interpretation is that I like to be in control, and I can't stand things happening against my will (the eye surgery) and I can't seem to control my emotions (my blood pressure). I think it was my brain's way of telling me I NEED TO CHILL OUT.

Anyone else have a dream like this that provided perspective on a move or another life change?
