As this is my specialty - moving in general. Contact your local Chamber of Commerce for a solid referral. Do spend the money on a professional company - friends and family, while they mean well are not good in these situations. The money is will cost will be well worth the lack of stress, time and physical effort on your part.
Looking online for a company can be beneficial but speak to someone and get a feel for what they do and why. Not all movers are in it for the $$$.
