Dream Lovers

Instead of counting sheep, do you fall asleep by fixating on the rhythm of your lover's snores? Do you have more interesting conversations with him or her when your eyes are closed? If so, you have many sleepy companions.

According to the Men's Health channel on About.com four out of 10 men and three out of 10 women are habitual snorers. Other sleep conditions include somnambulism, or sleepwalking, talking in one's sleep, and lets not forget those folks who end up stealing the covers every night!

Lauren of London tells Metro newspaper that her boyfriend tends to let his hands wander during what must be some pretty interesting dreams. "It can get very invasive but I've stopped mentioning it because he gets so embarrassed. He also talks in his sleep and recently was very insistent that my [bum] was on fire, which was quite worrying."

Yeah, we'd say so. Do you and your partner have sleeping issues? What kind of a solution have you come up with?

I don't have a partner, but my roommate used to strip in the middle of the night!

She would go to sleep with a shirt and shorts on and by morning, she either had her shirt or her shorts off. I've witnessed her do this once while I was up late. It's rather interesting. I think it's kind of like sleep talking because the next morning she has no recollection of ever taking off her clothes.
