Timeless Love

When Bernice Jenkins and Willis "Rich" Richard said their vows last week, each of them had already been through their fair share of sickness and health. That’s because both of them are 95 years old. The couple, who had each been widowed after 65-year marriages, met 15 years ago in a bible study group, but Richard only started courting Jenkins 18 months ago with chocolates and roses.

The couple—who each wore white and employed their adult children as groomsmen and bridesmaids—certainly had some interesting circumstances for planning a wedding.

"Here I was planning my funeral, and suddenly I was planning my wedding!" said Jenkins.
