"Ever since I subscribed to your site the daily reminders are the only thing I read apart from email and the NY Times headlines and weather. I am hugely critical of most self-help information, but this is not what your site is. I save 1 in 2 of these and have kept a library folder. They are intelligent, concise, relevant and are pitched at exactly the right level." -Martin Chalk, CEO, Balance Water

The word is losing, not loosing

giamama

I think it is great that you are interested in losing weight.  As an  English major, though, it really is annoying when people misspell that word, so I'm correcting you.  Please don't take offense at it.  I have found Medifast to be the best diet there is, as it is physician guided and works quickly, provides you with a weight loss and lifestyle coach for free, and gets you on a maintenance program to keep it off for a lifetime.  Check it out!

I think it is annoying when people take it upon there self to correct other people when it is not asked for. It is too bad that college doesnt teach manners. Just because you tell someone not to take offence of your bad taste and manners doesnt mean they wont. Maybe you need more lessons from your "lifestyle coach"
