Keep a dream journal

springshine

Keeping a pad and pen by your bed to jot down something that comes to you when you awaken can be a good way to gain insight into your dreams. If you have the same dream often it may be an area you need to explore more fully when you are awake.

I totally used to do this! Because I was always kicking myself when I would later forget the dream but would still have that feeling that I had a really good one.
