I've taken some steps to pay off the debt but I've keep running into problems. First trying to pay everyone off on the small salary. I think can make some kind of arrangements but I won't know if it will work. The other is saving money.

It seems like each time i make headway i have to use the saved money to bail myself out of an emergency then start from scratch again.

I'll probably have to get a second job to get my self out of this but my main issue i how can save money effectively when I have the debt and hold on to it.

if anyone has any advice or tips let me know.
