The Modern Family Business

There are natural challenges to starting a business on your own, but opening a business with a spouse or other family members is another matter entirely.
 
Family businesses have sort of gone the way of the record player, in that bigger corporations have come in and pushed the “mom and pop” stores out of town. However, these business models are slowly making a comeback, as is described in this New York Post article. The new family business is all about marrying family life with business life, while still keeping the worlds separate.
