Who's minding the store?
I have a friend who started a business and he said the biggest mistake he made was not being more hands on. He hired people he thought he could trust, but always felt his employees didn't care as much as he did and weren't treating the customers the way he would have.
It's important to stay close to your business in the beginning, so it gets off to a good start in good hands.
