I don't have experience with that medication or with anyone who is using it. I did a quick look up online and, of couse, the side effects sound way worse than what you might expect.
What I read said that it's only recommended for short term use and that you should report any of the unpleasant side effects to the doctor.
What they seem most concerned about is how habit forming it could be.
