"Just wanted to say that your daily "First30Days" emails are helping as I make some fairly frightening, but exciting changes in life. Thought you might not hear this often enough...so thanks." -Andy

Keep a notebook

springshine

If you're dealing with a new diagnosis you probably have a lot of questions. And you probably can't remember then all, so it's good to keep a notebook to write down everything that's on your mind. The things you want to look up, the questions you have, the medicines you're supposed to be taking and their doses and anything else that is relevant. Having all that information in one place can help reduce your stress and increase your chances of remembering all those things you want to ask your doctors.
