Fibromyalgia and myositis
It is in the fiber tissues, not fibroids, there is no physical measurement of changes in the tissues where as with the latter actually cause lumps as in cysts.
I've been diagnosed for 11 years and have tryed everything including medications, they don't want me on opiods, although the most relief comes from them, my tolerance increased so too high of doses are needed. I still take ultram which is debated as it hits the same receptors as opiods but is listed as an analgesic or NSAID.
The most relief came from accupunture but the nurse in own town who did a trial moved and then next town over they don't do it the same so i never got the same results and it's too expensive as insurance doesn't cover 'alternative' anything not AMA sanctioned.
I am finally getting in with a new doctor, a physiasist from a neck & lower back pain specialist who travels down from the big city once a month to our rural hospital.
Twin cities area ILBNC, Istitute for Low Back and Neck Care for anyone in the area interested.
Willing to communicate with others via email.
Wishing you all better quality of life.
