Start with a box or stack of boxes, then line the outside of the boxes with the diapers and tie them together with clear string or fishing line. (If you glue them on, you might mess up the diaper and render it useless).

Make sure you use the glue on the label or another part of the toy that won't be damaged. Larger items may be positioned on top of one layer to lean against the next one and secured to the ribbon with a rubber band.
