Who says you need to listen to Jane Fonda or some hot shot trainer to get in shape? All you need is Youtube and Kylie, a 5-year-old exercising dynamo who probably knows more about getting in shape than you do.
Learn how to do push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, wide-leg push-ups, crunches, leg lifts and stretches all from the perspective of a kindergartener. And sure her counting leaves something to be desired and maybe her techniques are a little off, but at least she’s learning the importance of physical activity at an early age!
