Question:My ex wants to date one of my friends.

That isn't actually the part that bothers me, I'm just worried what it might do to my friendship. We love each other like sisters, and I don't want the fact that he and I don't speak/aren't friendly to take a toll on her or their budding relationship. Any advice?

Answer:

This is a tough one. You probably told her a lot about him - both positive and negative. When friends get into serious relationships they already tend to have less time for their girlfriends and this may be even more extreme. I would say all you can do is let her know you care about her and if they've found a genuine connection that you're happy for her. just know that you might end up having to distance yourself from the situation.

Answer:

in my opnion its going to affect your reletionship with her besides she would want to talk about her date with him and it would make you both feel uncomfortablea and also if you and him are not in good terms its worse.
but then this could be a test too to see if she is a true friend?
