Myth Busters

Just when you thought you knew everything, it turns out everything you know isn't necessarily right. You know you should stay away from potatoes because they have too many carbs. But, in fact, potatoes are fine; it's what you do to them (sour cream and bacon bits sound familiar?) that's fattening. You know you're bound to gain weight after menopause. That's true, if you, like most people, slow down with age. However, if you stay active, you won't notice a difference. You can read up on these and more food-related myths at Food.Yahoo.com.
